Orasella is founded upon the belief that the American history of the maraschino cherry deserves to be rewritten. Orasella crafts their cherries according to the original Italian recipe which flavored the cherries with maraschino liqueur. Each Orasella cherry is handcrafted during the eight weeks of the Washington State cherry harvest using a one of a kind custom pitting machine. We highly recommend using these cherries in our Interbay Transfer or a spin on a Black Manhattan.
